It was so nice to see kids, teens, parents and families out this Halloween. Everyone that came to our door was polite, grateful and excited! Really was a treat for me!

Time change again.  What is wrong with leaving Standard time all the time.

Angry or confused after seeing two postal workers filling superbox together.  Does it really take two people to accomplish this task? This was not a one-time sighting….it seems to be the norm.

Dodge vehicles dummying around with their fog lights on; there should be a federal law banning this dangerous light pollution as it is unnecessary. All your doing is blinding other drivers. Here’s a new one, ROAD COURTESY! Look at me, look at me, I’m a moron.

Do we seriously need black bin pickup every week?  Many cities have already gone to smaller black bins which is also biweekly pickup.  And if you want a larger bin you pay additional fees for extra waste.

Terrible that the local hockey franchise does zero to promote their product. For years the owners have felt complete entitlement when it comes to putting fans in the seats. We have the nicest facility in the league, but that alone won’t bring in crowds. The fan base has eroded to a mostly senior crowd. Time for new team ownership, and a commitment to be a community organization, rather than just a means to line the pockets of one family.

While harrumphs about the shortcomings of our premier and the prime minister, it should be noted that the previous government, in which was a senior cabinet minister, never delivered a single pipeline to Wild Rose country. Not one.
